At CSAC, we are proud to offer a supportive and values-driven workplace. Here’s what you can expect when you join our team:
At the Counseling Service of Addison County, we believe the way we work matters just as much as the work we do. Our approach is rooted in human rights, dignity, and the belief that people thrive when they feel heard, respected, and connected.
Here, staff are part of a culture that prioritizes collaboration over hierarchy, relationships over checklists, and curiosity over judgment. We practice trauma-informed care, support self-determination, and value lived experience as expertise. That means our teams listen first, work alongside the people we serve, and continually reflect on how to improve systems so they are more inclusive, responsive, and humane.
We know that meaningful work requires support. At CSAC, you’ll find a workplace that encourages shared decision-making, values transparency, and recognizes the importance of community — both for the people we serve and for the people who work here. We foster connection, learning, and advocacy so staff can grow while helping build a stronger, more compassionate community.
