Community Associates
Community Associates is a division of the Counseling Service of Addison County that provides services to people with developmental disabilities living in Addison County.
Developmental Services
CSAC offers individualized services to persons with varying degrees of developmental disabilities living throughout Addison County. Our role is to help people learn skills and build relationships to meet their life goals. To accomplish this, CSAC offers a wide array of support.
Core Services
Plans are tailored to meet the specific needs of each person and may include one or several of the following services.
Traumatic Brain Injury
These services often include a home provider and life skills aide to assist the person in their rehabilitation.
Adult Family Care
This is a Choices for Care program for persons who do not have a developmental disability, meet the criteria for nursing home level care, but do not want to live in a nursing home.
Supported Employment
Employment supports for individuals ages 19 and over that are eligible for services and supports.
