For those seeking treatment of a mental health condition or needing mental health services, we provide services and supports that help individuals and families improve mental, physical, and social well-being. Adult OUTPATIENT SERVICES (AOP)

Our team of licensed, pre-licensed, and intern therapists provides short-term mental health and addiction recovery services to adults ages 22+ in a variety of modalities.

Intensive Adult Mental Health (MH-TPL)

Our team of therapists, case managers, community support workers, peer support workers, and residential staff help people with persistent psychiatric difficulties to live and participate fully in the Addison County community.

Interlude Adult Mental Health Urgent Care

Interlude is CSAC’s mental health crisis alternative for adults. Interlude is a voluntary, home-like, trauma-sensitive space staffed by CSAC peer support specialists with lived experience and clinicians.

24/7 Emergency & Crisis Services

Crisis clinicians are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to respond to urgent mental health needs by phone, in the community, in the office, and at the Porter Hospital Emergency Room.

Our skilled and very small team of psychiatric nurse practitioners offer holistic, one-time assessments and crisis care to established CSAC clients.

For adults ages 22 and up who are in treatment for substance abuse and/or eligible for services and supports through the Intensive Adult Mental Health program.
