CSAC offers individualized services to persons with varying degrees of developmental disabilities living throughout Addison County. Our role is to help people learn skills and build relationships to meet their life goals. To accomplish this, CSAC offers a wide array of support.
Plans are tailored to meet the specific needs of each person and may include one or several of the following services.
